Another thing that worries some people is the length of games.
Blaster division 1 goes from 9 am to 10am on Saturday mornings. This time is spent teaching players the basic skills of the game through a number of activities each week.
Blaster division 2 games are generally finished by 10.30 on Saturday mornings after each player has had a bat and a bowl.
Senior Binks Taylor games go for a little over 2 hours. Everyone gets to bat for at least 17 balls and bowl at least 2 overs.
It would be appreciated if players can register early so that they have a chance of playing in their team of choice. That is not always possible for late registrations.
It also saves our team organiser, Rachael from developing stress related issues.
